Your privacy is important to use so all items are dispatched in plain packaging with no evidence of the contents. The return address, printed on the reverse of packaging, is as follows: PO Box 781 York North Yorkshire YO31 6AX. Bank and credit card statements will simply be shown as “SANDC” to prevent any embarrassment or peeping Toms from knowing where you have been shopping!
Returns
We are sure you will be happy with your order and all orders are checked before dispatch to ensure our high standards are maintained. Please see our sizing guide before you order! If an item is found to be faulty, please return to the address below within 14 days from despatch. If we agree that the item is faulty, we will exchange the item or provide you with a refund, which ever you prefer. As we do not charge postage to the UK, we will not refund return postage. We recommend returns are sent via recorded delivery.
Please note that for hygiene reasons we cannot accept return on thongs unless they are found to be faulty. briefs or We are also unable to accept returns on our corsets as they are individually made to order. Please see our sizing guide before you order! Please note, we are unable to accept returns by courier.
