You can choose to email a gift certificate to the lucky recipient or print it and personally deliver it yourself. Please note that if a gift voucher has been sent by email it may be redeemed only by the owner of that email address.

Recipients: Gift Voucher recipients can cancel their Gift Voucher within 60 days of the purchase date and have funds refunded to the purchaser. Sorry but vouchers that are delivered by email may not be transferred to a different recipient. A recipient must have a PayPal account and pay using PayPal to redeem a Gift Voucher. If a gift certificate is sent to the wrong email address or is lost, it can be cancelled or refunded at no charge within 60 days of the purchase date.

Refunds: Refunds on Gift Vouchers that are purchased using a credit/debit card will have the face value credited to that credit/debit card. Refunds on Gift Vouchers that were not purchased using a credit/debit card will be placed into the purchaser's PayPal account.

Expiry: Gift Vouchers do not have an expiry date. Any unused value associated with a Gift Voucher will remain available to the recipient until spent and we shall honour valid Gift Vouchers until the value associated with such Gift Vouchers is zero.
