Bra fittingIt is important to measure yourself regularly, remembering that your bra size can alter due to exercise, diet or the time of the month. To obtain your bra size, measure tightly directly under your bust (A) if this measurement is even add 4" to give you your bra size. If this measurement is uneven add 5" to give you your bra size, i.e. underband 29" + 5 = size 34. To obtain your cup size, measure over the fullest part of the bust (B).
